Primarily composed of uprights, beams, and steel panels, are suitable for manual handling of goods. The beams can be freely adjusted at 50mm increments, with a typical load capacity ranging from 250Kg to 800Kg per level, meeting most usage requirements.
Structure: Composed of Columns, Beams, and Steel Shelves
The structure consists of columns, beams, and layer panels, which are primarily made of steel or wood. To reduce costs and enhance environmental sustainability, components may be wholly or partly constructed from galvanized steel.
1.Shelving Columns: Made from cold-rolled steel sheets formed by a specialized cold-bending roll forming machine. The columns feature double rows of holes punched along the front at 50mm intervals, used for hanging beams. Two columns are connected with transverse and inclined connecting tubes to form the standard column piece for medium-duty shelving.
2.Shelving Beams: Constructed from "P"-shaped tubes, commonly referred to as "step beams," where the step height matches the height of the layer panels.
3.Steel Layer Panels: Can be made from SGCC hot-dip galvanized steel bent directly into shape or from cold-rolled steel that is bent on all four sides and reinforced with welded ribs at the bottom.
Load Capacity: Ranges from 250kg to 800kg per layer. Beams can be adjusted freely at 50mm increments.
Surface Treatment: Coated with premium epoxy resin electrostatic powder paint, providing strong adhesion, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Complies with the China National GB6739-2006 standard, ensuring high surface quality and smoothness.
Usage: Ideal for industries such as electronics, light industry, education, and pharmaceuticals. Designed for manual storage and retrieval of goods, offering ease of access for piece-by-piece storage and retrieval.
